On-site work is focused on Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar and Costa Blanca South. Many IT, Microsoft 365, website and cloud issues can also be handled remotely.

Do you sell computers?
We can advise, supply or prepare equipment depending on the project, but Neumal is not positioned as a traditional computer shop.
Can you move everything to a new PC?
We can migrate data and supported applications where licences, access and software limitations allow it.
Do you repair every hardware fault?
We assess feasibility, parts, warranty and cost before committing to a repair.
What is not working, or what would you like to improve?
You can start with a one-off issue. Tell us what is happening and we will assess whether it can be solved remotely, needs an on-site visit, or should be treated as a project.
